  • Shipping time may vary according to your local Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7 am – 5 pm AEST.
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders can take up to three business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if a huge promotion occurs.
  • Sometimes, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
  • To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.
  • If you have ordered multiple products, they might come in different packing/parcels as we use multiple suppliers in one or all countries we deliver.

Please bear in mind that the estimated delivery date shown when placing the order includes:

  • Fulfillment time: the time to create your products, which depends on the product.
  • Shipping time: the time to deliver from the print partner to the delivery address, which depends on the production country, delivery country, shipping method selected, the status of the network, and other factors.

International Shipping

  • We use local suppliers to ship in all Countries we deliver, therefore the average shipping time will be similar to all the countries we ship to (Click here for countries) and time of delivery can vary for every country’s production capacity, delays and availability of the raw material/products.
  • Re-routing will used with our special algorithm if the product you bought is not in stock. From our experience, the fulfilment time is very fast but can be delayed due to international shipping.
  • In rare cases, all international re-routed orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country based on items being sent over at a certain value set by your local authority.
  • This is not within our control, and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
  • For NZ customers and NZ deliveries:
    • We will collect New Zealand GST on your purchase, however customs may still charge you import duties, levies and fees.
  • THE DESI DNA will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift” to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!

Note: The Time shown is the average time from the last 1 year. Also, in rare cases, e.g. out of stock, logistic constraints like COVID-19, they can be rerouted to different countries for production.  We do custom printing on demand to save time and money when investing in design.  

Important Note: Most (95%) of the time, our products use automatic routing to suppliers in your country (AUS, NZ) to give you the fastest shipping, But in some situations, we will re-route your product from the supplier, from the countries other than yours. Most of the time, they arrive on time, but in some rare cases, delays can happen in shipping. But again, it’s worth the wait.

The Print Bar (THE PRINT PARTNER FOR THE DESI DNA) currently runs Kornit Atlas Max Plus printers for the direct-to-garment (DTG) print method. They create vibrant, retail-quality, soft-to-touch prints using water-based NeoPigment™ inks, which are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. They have purpose-built processes to ensure each customer journey is smooth from order to fulfillment. The Print Bar prints with the sublimation print method using the latest Epson SureColor dye sublimation printers. Combined with genuine Epson UltraChrome ink, enabling prints of the highest accuracy, fine gradation and gamut levels.

Quality control

Each product, artwork, and print will be checked multiple times. This takes place throughout the entire process, from selection to printing, packaging, and shipping.

Technology & Inks

Prima Printing (THE PRINT PARTNER FOR THE DESI DNA) uses the official Epson and Ricoh Ink for their printers. For Dye sublimation, they use Japanese inks and papers tailored specifically for the surface type of the blank.

Quality control

Internal QC using both physical and sampling techniques. Prima actively reviews internal defect rates to maximize yields and learn from mistakes.

Packaging control

The products are shipped in self-sealing poly mailers. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments.

Tracking my order

How can I track my order?

You will be able to check the status of your order in three ways:

 

1. Through the Shipping Confirmation email:

Click on the track and trace number that you find in the Shipping Confirmation email.

 

2. Online on thedesidna.com.au website Australia:

Log-in, go to “My Account” and see the “Orders” section to check your order details and shipping status. The tracking number can be used on the courier’s website to check the current location of the shipping.

 

3. Online on the courier’s website:

Go the tracking section of the courier’s website, and fill in your tracking number, which you can find in the Shipping Confirmation email:

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • It may take a few days for tracking information to appear on the Track and Trace website. However if there is still no tracking information after a few days, contact our Customer Care team via the chatbot. Simply type in “Order Status” in the chat and Flo, our chatbot, will be able to assist you and escalate the matter to our Customer Care agents should you require further assistance.
  • We send your items as soon as they are ready. You might therefore receive your order in multiple deliveries (at no extra charge of course). You will receive a delivery confirmation email for each sent package.
