How do I update my account details?

To update your account details, log in to your account, navigate to ‘Account Details’, and edit your information as needed.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

How can I track my order status?

You can track your order status by visiting the ‘Orders’ section in your account dashboard.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but only withing 3 hours of the order. You can request a change of shipping address before the order is shipped by contacting us on info@thedesidna.com. If the order is already shipped then we can not help you in the change. You will have to bear the expenses of the transaction.

How do I manage my payment methods?

To manage your payment methods, go to ‘Payment Methods’ in your account and add or remove cards as needed.
